Mission
Why sovereign compute stays in the country.
Models, training data, and the records of public life should not have to leave Botswana in order to be useful. CACE exists so that AI compute and cyber work can be taught, hosted, and examined here, under Botswana law, as a college centre rather than as a claim of rank.
The Centre is published at /cace on this College site. A later public host, cace.cic.ac.bw, is intended.

Work on the security of models, data, and the systems that serve them, taught and examined with the College's undergraduate fields.

Applied research with CIC Schools
Inquiry joined to the School of Cyber Security, the School of Data and Intelligence, and the School of Digital Infrastructure. The Centre does not list named laboratories or overseas chairs.
Compute and hosting
An offering, not a capacity table.
CACE is planned as in-country hosting for university laboratories, government, and industry. No megawatt figure, no accelerator count, and no live load is published here.
University laboratories
Hosting intended for teaching and supervised research that must remain in Botswana.
Government
A high-level offer of in-country compute and hosting for public work that cannot leave the jurisdiction.
Industry
A place to run models and data under Botswana law, without a published capacity figure.
